Munnar, located in the eastern part of Kerala, is a picturesque hill station surrounded by lush green tea and coffee plantations. Situated at the confluence of three mountain streams—Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni, and Kudala—Munnar is known for its clean and brightly painted ambience. Notable excursions include Anayirankal, known for its plantations and scenic views; Top Station, which offers panoramic views from an altitude of 2,200 meters; and Marayoor Lake, a popular picnic spot. Cheeyappara is famous for its waterfall, while Meenuli features a large rock extending over 500 acres. Nadukani is another excellent viewpoint worth visiting.
